We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Order Cutoff Time: 05:00pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers.

Transit Time
6–8 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
7–10 business days from the date of order.

Please note:

  • Incorrect Address Information
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders cannot be amended once dispatched. Kivara Studio is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Parcels (Marked as Delivered)
    If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact info@kivarastudio.com within 48 hours and we will investigate the matter with the courier. 
  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at info@kivarastudio.com with your order number and photos.
