Return Policy Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, or marks

  • Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

Any items returned that do not meet these standards may be declined.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Kivara Studio.

  • If you are returning an item due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

How to Return

  1. Email info@kivarastudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Carefully repackage your item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship your return using a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

Returns must be sent within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

No restocking fees apply

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear (unless hygiene seal remains intact)

  • Earrings

  • Sale or promotional items

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@kivarastudio.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
