You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders.


4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from purchase.


5. How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.


7. Do you offer exchanges?
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.


8. Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear (without intact seal), earrings, and sale items are final sale.

9. How should KIVARA fit?
Our pieces are designed to sculpt, support, and move with you. For a more compressive fit, choose your usual size. For a relaxed fit, size up.


10. What if I’m between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for comfort. If unsure, contact our team for guidance.

11. How should I care for my pieces?
Wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry. Avoid fabric softener to preserve stretch and structure.

We strive for accuracy, however slight variations may occur depending on lighting and screen settings.
